Terms
These terms explain how you may use Filmoz to plan festival screenings inside groups.Last updated: May 14, 2026
By accessing or using Filmoz, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
If you use Filmoz on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.
Filmoz is a web app for planning film festival schedules. It helps users collect Festivals, Films, Venues, Screenings, Plan Items, and group schedules.
Filmoz is not a film festival, ticket seller, venue operator, or official source of festival schedule data.
Filmoz currently uses Google sign-in through Supabase Auth. You are responsible for keeping access to your Google account and Filmoz session secure.
You must provide accurate account information and may not use another person's account without permission.
You are responsible for the Film, Screening, Venue, ticket URL, notes, source URL, pasted text, and other planning data you add to Filmoz.
You represent that you have the rights or permissions needed to add and use the content you submit. You keep ownership of your content, but grant Filmoz permission to process it so the service can operate.
When you join or create a group, other members of that group may view the schedule information you make visible inside the group.
Group visibility does not grant other members permission to edit your personal schedule unless Filmoz explicitly provides such a control.
You may not use Filmoz to:
Filmoz relies on third-party services including Supabase for authentication and database infrastructure, Google for sign-in, Vercel for hosting, and Mixpanel and Metricool for analytics.
Your use of third-party websites, ticketing pages, calendar links, or festival pages is governed by those third parties' own terms and policies.
Filmoz may offer paid plans or Pro features in the future. Any paid feature may be subject to additional pricing, billing, cancellation, and refund terms shown at the time of purchase.
Unless a purchase flow explicitly says otherwise, access to the current free service does not create a right to future paid features.
Filmoz is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee that festival data, conflict checks, transfer warnings, external links, or shared plans will be complete, accurate, uninterrupted, or error-free.
You should verify official schedules, venue details, ticket availability, and purchase requirements with the relevant festival or ticketing provider.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Filmoz will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including missed screenings, failed ticket purchases, lost data, lost profits, or service interruption.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Filmoz's total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid to Filmoz for the service during the 12 months before the claim, or USD 100 if you did not pay Filmoz.
We may update the service or these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users through the service or another appropriate channel.
Your continued use of Filmoz after updated terms take effect means you accept the updated terms.
For questions about these terms, contact the Filmoz operator at support@filmoz.app.
